Some copies of this release included a folded paper insert with lyrics on one side and a mock newspaper "Paz Progress" on the other side. There are two type of these inserts: one named VOLUNTEERS, and one named REVOLTING. They are identical, front and back, except for the title. Some copies have NOT FOR SALE - PROMOTION USE ONLY stamped on the backside Sleevecorner (see pic).
