IMO this is the very first edition with original ATCO inner sleeve promoting the ATCO 1-12" LP Series---$3.79 and the ATCO 1-12" Deluxe Series---$4.79 including cover images on one side. notable for an US release this issue includes a plastic lined inner sleeve I've never seen before or again.
